What is special about this idea is that it gets you to focus on one person to share the gospel with. Instead of focusing on a lot of people, you pray and ask God to put on your heart one person to share the gospel with. Many years ago I heard Jerry Johnston preach a message about how he was saved. He said that a church youth group had a Evangelistic Teen program where the youth group asked the members to share the gospel with one person and pray for that one person to be saved. Someone chose him to share the gospel with. Jerry Johnston was saved as a teenager. If you think it is a good idea, you could share this idea with your Pastor or Youth Pastor. After this person is saved, you could also begin to disciple this person. Another idea is to ask all the people in the youth group to give the first name of the people that they are trying to reach and then give the prayer list to every one in the youth group.

When you pray for a person repeatedly and others pray for this person, there is a greater chance of this person getting saved.
